Power Investor ("we", "our", "us") is a B2B platform for data center power infrastructure investment analysis. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from authorized users of our platform.
We collect information provided during account setup, including business email addresses, names, and organizational roles. We also collect usage data such as login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and audit logs of data modifications.
Information is used to provide platform access, enforce role-based permissions, generate audit trails, and deliver email notifications such as weekly digests and deal assistant reminders.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Sessions are managed via signed JWT tokens stored in httpOnly cookies. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and row-level security policies at the database level.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure. Email delivery is handled through Resend.
